RECRUITMENT PROCESS HEALTH CHECK

Sometimes it is hard for a company or Manager to objectively evaluate their own recruitment & on-boarding processes. An independent assessment and recommendation for improved efficiency can greatly improve in-house hiring outcomes. We specialize in strategies for building robust processes with better engagement and few bottlenecks.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEYS

DEEP SEARCHES LEAD TO BETTER OUTCOMES

Some companies, through pressures to meet timelines, think that "time to fill" is the most important recruitment barometer. It is not. "Best fit candidate" is the only measurement by which a successful search should be judged. No matter what role is being recruited, the most suitable candidate based on a 24 or 48 hour turnaround may not be anywhere close to the actual best candidate. At Employee First we believe in getting it right, and have strategies for picking out "active candidates" immediately and "passive candidates" over the course of the following days.

When we are engaged on a search, we shall agree timelines, set expectations and steps to be followed from the start.
